Custom Embroidery Is The Best Print E-mail
Saturday, 22 July 2006
Custom embroidery is an art of stitching a logo or a design onto a garment of your choice. There are a lot of benefits associated with choosing an outfit or dress which is custom embroidered. For an organization or a corporate entity, it is one of the best modes of advertising. An employee who wears a corporate logo or design representing his business on his shirt is displaying a sense of pride to be associated with his organization. Smart custom embroidered shirts and caps may fetch you a second look and referral bonuses too!

The first step in custom embroidery is digitizing a design. If you want to have custom made embroidery on your clothing, you should send a representation of the artwork to people who deal in custom embroidery. It is their duty to turn that artwork into a coding which can be well interpreted by embroidery machines. Digitizing a design gives an idea to the computer to gauge the amount of colors and the size needed for the right kind of design.

Custom embroidery is mostly placed on the left chest of a garment. Though this is the most common positioning for the embroidery, names and team numbers are placed on the right or left sleeve. The place below the collar is a popular place to stitch a company website address. Most companies that put importance on custom logos and artwork either have an art department, or they outsource the job to a dedicated company that specializes in custom embroidery and designing of corporate logos.
